November Introduction

The Tarrant County job market and all of DFW continues to sizzle which is helping the price of local housing. See Article 1. The charts on my website (Real Estate Activity - Tarrant County) show that while we are entering the slow time of year and total sales are off, the price of houses sold remains strong. The large number of Foreclosures and Short Sales are offering good opportunities for people looking to start investing in real estate.
